I had to disable the plugin in order to get the report – not sure if that changes anything. thank you

not specifically, but i do have a separate plugin that hides prices until login by CedCommerce

i tried replacing that hide prices plugin with direct code and everything works fine now. i appreciate your help and directing me toward a solution.
