    I’m testing this plugin and I put in the basic fields with my cardconnect account info, and whne I go to process a card, I’m getting

    “Payment error: A critical server error prevented this transaction from completing. Please confirm your information and try again.”

    Is there somewhere I can get support for this product/plugin?

    Sorry you’re having trouble.

    Please make sure you have obtained separate credentials from Card Pointe, specifically for WordPress/Woocommerce. Your card connect account credentials won’t work. You would need to contact card connect and they will set them up for you. Again, they will be different than your account credentials. If you already have those, and are sure all the settings in Woocommerce are correct, including the site setting (should be fts), then you’ll need to reach out to your account rep, and have them forward admin login credentials to your WordPress dashboard, to us, the developer.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to send me login credentials via this WordPress forum.

    You may be able to check your logs, if you have access to those, and see a more specific error.
