I recently had my wordpress site hacked. I have added the Wordfence plugin to the site to protect it. I received an email from Wordfence with the following text:

Wordfence found the following new issues on “XXX”.
Alert generated at Thursday 5th of October 2017 at 04:04:04 PM
    Critical Problems:
    * File appears to be malicious: wp-admin/includes/Yanishshll.php

It then proceeded to list about 28 pages worth of additional files that appear to be malicious. I really have no idea what pages are legit and which are corrupted. Do I delete all the files they list in their report?

Appreciate any advice you can give me on this matter..
