CRITICAL – Old Images are being deleted from event-manager-uploads Folder

    Hi Team,

    I don’t know why but old images from event-manager-uploads folder are being deleted automatically. This is a highly critical issue for me. Is their any functionality in your plugin to delete media files after certain date? The posts and other meta data is intact in the database but the images only in event-manager-uploads folder have been deleted. Further I have NOT checked the option of Delete Expired listings in the settings.

    Please help me in this critical issue.

    Using this plugin i am running almost 3 sites since a long time.There is no issue.
    In your case you have used any other plugin to clean meadia file may be this makes you in trouble some time.
    This Plugin doesn’t delete your media files folder.

    Its not that the plugin folder is being deleted. No other plugin is deleting the attachments. Please understand whats happening here in my case.

    When any event is expired and it has been around 30 days since it has expired, now for THAT event, the attached banner images and logo of organizer is automatically deleted. But the event data is not deleted. This is the bug.

    You also know that your plugin has an option to delete expired events after 30 days. I have NOT CHECKED that option so it is not deleting the data of the event BUT the IMAGES are still being deleted.

    This is a bug. Please comment on this issue.

    If any other plugin was deleting my files then why only it is deleting EVENT IMAGES of that EVENT which is 30 days older when expired?

    For attachments issue i haven’t faced on our site.I will check your case ASAP.
    If it is a bug then defiantly we will fix in our next release.
