Critical issues with WordPress 5.5!

    The new WP broke the plugin it seems. Both these errors show up when enabling the plugin. Disabling them site works fine again. Any update being pushed??

    An active PHP session was detected

    A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

    The REST API encountered an error

    The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    Hello,

    We will be releasing a new version of the plugin before the end of this week.

    We are currently testing on Woocommerce Version 5.5.1 and all seems to be in order.

    4.2.6 tested and working with WP 5.5.

    When will this be fixed I am using 5.1.1 and when it comes to calculating the shipping it gets stuck?

    I am still having a ton of issues which are causing my site to be slow. Removing this plugin directly improves speed and removes errors. I need urgent assistance please.

    Hi @byron12345, 4.2.7 should fix these errors, but if not, please reopen your support ticket (which we have received directly).

    4.2.7 – Sep 16, 2020
    * Fix session_set error on some servers.
    * Fix Invalid Product error for variable products.

    @boerewors, have replied and left our number with you to connect directly. The above issues are patched, but we have fixed up some server config issue (at least on staging).

    Hello all,
    I am getting the same error as boerewors indicated last september. Exactly that. And the effect is that after the first initial try purchase, all others don’t function. They do not get logged, not even in error purchases. I have WordPress 5.6.1 and Woo Commerce 4.9.2. How did you solve this issue?
