Critical Issue with Checkoutify – Plugin dashboard and pages not working

    Dear Team,

    I am unable to use Checkoutify plugin as clicking on the “Checkoutfy” button in Woocommerce menyu, the dashboard page where the created checkout pages are listed is not getting loaded. Its stuck forever.

    Tried deactivating, uninstalling and re-installing the plugins but no use.

    Kindly help asap.

    Can you let us know the following?

    1. Do you have a caching plugin on your site where you have caching enabled for logged-in users?
      If yes, can you turn it off, clear cache, and then check?
    2. What are the versions of Checkoutify and WPFunnels plugins?
    3. Did you go through any major updates recently such as updating WooCommerce or WordPress?
