Critical issue in site health

Hello
I am working on a website and i am facing huge problem. the whole site is slow front end as well as back end.
and when i check the site health, it is showing two critical issue.

“The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10004 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

“The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10005 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

I am using avada theme.
can any one please tell me where is the problem and how can i solve this.
