Critical/Fatal Error with Integration

    Hi there,

    I’ve downloaded the Hustle Plugin and have been trying to integrate it with Constant Contact with no success. Every attempt ends in the same issue.

    I go to Integrations and click the + to add constant contact. It has me login to verify it and then fails during the connection. An error appears that says

    “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

    This is then followed up by an email detailing the error:

    Current plugin: Hustle (version 7.1.1)

    After this, in the Hustle settings it shows as if Constant Contact is integrated but I’m unable to do anything with it. When clicking the gear to the right of the name a popup loads that is blank with no text. Clicking the X to close this popup does nothing so the page must be reloaded. The only way to disconnect constant contact is to reset the Hustle plugin completely, but attempting to reconnect results in the same issue.

    Please help if you can.

    I hope you’re doing well!

    I’ve tested Contact Constant integration on my end and could not replicate this issue. Would you please run a test for a conflict on your site to make sure this is not caused by another plugin?

    Please have a backup of your site before running this test.

    Deactivate all plugins besides the Hustle and check if the issue is still there. If all is well, start activating one plugin at a time till the error will be back. This way you will find which plugin is causing this issue.
