Critical / Fatal Error on my Website (WOoCommerce Problem)

Hello!

I desperately need your help: I’ve been having a problem with our website for over 1 week. It started with the message “A critical error has occurred…”

I couldn’t even get to the dashboard/backend of my site. By disabling all plugins, this was quickly fixed. Now the problem is that our shop no longer works. When I try to activate the plugin, I get the following message:

I can enable almost all plugins except Woocommerce (+ all related ones such as WooCommerce B2B, Germanized, etc), WP Forms and Real Cookie Banner. As soon as I activate one of these plugins, the page crashes again.

Now I tried to rebuild my webiste with the last backup from Updraft Plus from 25/09/2023. I made this backup because i installed the Update for Woocommerce B2B. But the Restore is not possible. Following message shows up:

So right now I have no idea what to do. Even my Header on the website is gone. Maybe this is also a problem, I don’t know. Also all formattings are gone on each side.

I am not a professional, just did this by myself.

Maybe here’s someone who can help me. I prefer the help in german, but english will also work.
