Hi. For some time now I have noticed that some pages no longer open in Elementor.

There was a critical error on your website. Please check your website administrator email inbox for further instructions.

I can work around the problem if I disable the plugin.

The console gives this as an error. Is probably not very informative.

    Hi @fwkart,

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Normally this type of error occurs due to having low memory. You can check your memory limit by navigating to wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/a9YFRv

You need to increase the memory limit. To increase the memory limit you will have to modify the wp-config.php file of yours. Just above this line ” /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */” add this following line of code:

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

You would find the wp-config.php file under your WordPress directory.

If that doesn’t work, please deactivate the Essential Addons elements you are not using especially the Dynamic Elements.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello.

My memory limit is set to 1024M. In the system info of Elementor it says under Memory limit: 1073741824.

If that doesn’t work, please deactivate the Essential Addons elements you are not using especially the Dynamic Elements.

Can you do anything with the console message to fix the problem? Post Grid is the only dynamic module I have enabled and use. In total I have only 13 modules enabled

    Best regards
    René

    Hello.

Maybe the error message I receive by email will help. I will not give my admin access. Sorry. But thanks for the offer.

When I disable your plugin, everything works fine. When I disable your plugin, everything works fine. But this does not affect every page. Only some. I have no idea why this happens.

    Hi @fwkart,

Yes, I can understand and we always respect our users’ privacy. But it’s really weird. Normally this type of error happened due to having low memory. Hence, you can cross-check the memory limit with your hosting provider again, because sometimes it doesnt show the actual result.

    I hope you understand.

    Thank you!
