Critical errors on Astra Theme

    When trying to reach my website, often times, critical error is shown on the screen and no page displays… however, if you refresh the browser, the page displays properly. This happens with a variety of pages and even in the wordpress dashboard. I have woocommerce installed on a different theme and have zero issues. What is it about the Astra Theme that is conflicting?

    Hi @shootingtime,

    Let’s see if there is an error on the WooCommerce Logs. Kindly provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

      • Also, are there any errors in the console tab of your browser tools (https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002197259-How-to-Open-the-Developer-Console)?

    As for the error logs, I believe @rainfallnixfig meant sharing the fatal errors logged at WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. These might give further insights into the issue.

    Hi @shootingtime,

    Thanks for the error logs.

    It seems that your site is running out of PHP memory. You will want to contact your host to increase the memory limit but if you’re comfortable to do it on your own, you can follow this guide.

    * We normally recommend at least 256MB in our server requirements guide.
