    we are seeing critical errors which point towards your plugin in our error logs. Even after removing your plugin we still get the same error.

    Could you, please, try to remember in what case the error has been caught and activate our plugin again, submit our JSON system report (Pricing rules>Tools>System report>Get system report) and send it to us via the helpdesk?

    Hi @thisisirene, it’s just been submitted to you guys.

    The issue happens with specific logged in admin users.
    It seems to be something related to sessions but I am not sure how this can happen after the plugin has been removed.
