Critical error while restoring uploads

I have to move my website from one server to another. after creating my site on new server, I tried to restore data from backup but it stopped while processing UPLOADS, stating there is critical error. I tried to restore again without the UPLOADS restore and it restored perfectly. again I tried with the UPLOADS only and got the same error.
