    Hello,

We get a critical error when we activate Matomo. We have already deactivated all other plugins without success. The error message is the following:

Hello @tf28. This error you are getting is related to incompatible plugin with Matomo for WordPress. You can also check the incompatible plugin on this list: https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/which-plugins-is-matomo-for-wordpress-known-to-be-not-compatible-with/

If nothing is on the list, please try to disable all of your plugins except Matomo. Then activate the other plugins one by one to identify which plugin is not compatible.

Hey @tf28. Have you already had a look at our last comment or maybe any question about it?

No, now we have the second site where we have to deactivate it. Even after deactivating wp rocket.

This means that one of the plugins you are using for your WordPress is not compatible with Matomo for WordPress. What I can suggest is find out the incompatible plugin by ?disabling all of your plugins except Matomo. Then activate the other plugins one by one to identify which plugin is not compatible.

Once you find out which plugin is compatible you can create a GitHub request on this link https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo-for-wordpress/issues so that our devs can be aware of it.

As an alternative option, you can try using Matomo On-Premise by installing it to your web server.
