Critical error when uploading photos

    Ah strange.

    I’ve not made any changes to that part of the plugin or had any others in touch. Do you have any errors in your PHP error log that you can share?

    Hi,

    I’ve not made any changes to the plugin. I’ve installed ‘Error Log Viewer’ and repeated the failed upload and can’t find any error logs specific to this.

    What else could we try please?

    Have you looked at your PHP error log which would sit on your host?

    Hi,

    There’s nothing on there, but when I’ve looked into it, it appears to be a compatibility problem with Envira gallery plugin if you know if that’s normal and if there’s anyway round it please?

    I’m afraid I don’t know the Envira plugin so can’t really comment – especially without error logs.
