    Hi,

while configuring Litespeed Cache with QUIC Cloud, I turned on ESI. In that moment I got a critical error on my website and there is no way back. When I disable the plugin through FTP, I can reach my website and dashboard again, but every reenabling of it or reinstallation results again in a critical error. I tried to find through FTP how I can turn ESI off, without success.

    What should I do?

please use phpMyAdmin -> your wp dabtase -> wp_options table , search for row “litespeed.conf.esi” , change it to 0 , this will disable ESI

    Hello,

that fixed my error, thanks a lot. But still when I enable ESI it always crashes my wordpress and website. What could be the reason for this? What should I check?
I use Soledad theme 8.3.1 (most recent) with WordPress 6.1.1

I would need a common cache for all my users that are logged in and I read that with ESI it’s possible.

it’s most likely some PHP error , I would suggest to check on that first.

Yes, I talked to my server provider and he checked the log when enabling ESI. Is there a support of Litespeed that I can send these logs to? So he can look exactly into that? Is there a paid support that can really fix this issue for me? Would be no problem

I was able to dig further into that. There are two cases when this crashes my website
    1) CDN is connected, in use and I then enable ESI on my Litespeed Plugin
    2) When I bypass CDN, it won’t crash my WordPress site when enabling it. Also clearing the Litespeed Cache will work. The moment I clear the CDN cache, the critical error happens.

So this must be something between Litespeed Plugin and QUIC Cloud CDN? What should I do?

    Hi,
I updated my Membership plugin last week and tried out other things and it fixed it. Thank you.
