Critical error when trying to access checkout

Hi klarna payment plugin causes critical error when adding product to cart and trying to checkout:

Here is a woocommerce status report:

I disabled all plugins, and checked when only woocommerce with klarna was enabled, but the issue was still there.

I tried on default wordpress theme, but issue was still there.

I also issued a new API-key credentials in Klarna portal, and entered these under plugin setting, but still the same error occurs.

What is causing it and can you please fix it?
