    Hi there,

I have been using bold page builder since years without a problem. Since a few days I get the typical “critical error” when saving a page.

When displaying the page afterwards, everything below the navigation is not displayed.(Content and Footer) If I switch to classic Editor and create the page this way, all looks fine.

    What I tried so far:
    – uninstalled wp super cache
    – uninstalled autoptimize
    – checked PHP memory limit (was 256 mb)
    – switched to child theme and back
    – checked php version and php.ini

I really think its bold page builder causing the issue. I can not download an older version or do a direct rollback with wp rollback. Could you please provide an older Version of your plugin? Do you have an further hints?

    Thank you

    Hi @ophilippeo,

Thanks for sending us access to your website.

In order to inspect the issue, we have installed 2020 WordPress theme, but unfortunately it seems that there’s some issue on your WordPress installation since plugins also don’t work properly. We suggest you to remove plugins and install them again. Also, if you want to use our premium theme (Medicare) we highly recommend you using latest theme version.

    Hi boldthemes

I did as you said. The website starts working again as soon as I deactivate the medicare plugin.

But this plugin is needed to interpret the shortcodes. Any ideas on how to make sure the medicare plugin and the bold pagebuilder work well together?

Yes the page was not updated because I had used a backup.
