Critical error when looking at Subscribers, trying to create a scanario, and loo

    Today when I look at Subscribers and stats and when I try to create a new scanario I get a critical error.
    This is a new issue – I know I was able to do all of these things a few days ago
    I have cleared by broswer history and cache as well as the web cache

    There is an email from WordPress to say the critical error is from this plug in

    Hello,

    We released a v10.1.4 this morning that fixes an issue on the scenarios, could you update and tell me if you still have the issue?

    The the critical error is still there, could you temporary activate the WordPress debug mode in order to get the real error message? You can do so by adding the following code in the wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    Note that the wp-config.php file may already have a line activating/disabling WP_DEBUG. Please make sure to have only one line defining it.

    Once the error happens again, you should see a clearer error message on the page, and a log should be collected in the file wp-content/debug.log

    I have answered an email about this.
    At first, I couldn’t update the plugin, so I deactivated it and reactivated it, I then was able to update. I can now see subscribers, scenarios and stats
