Critical Error when Downloading

I just downloaded the plugin (free version) and followed the instruction video to download the reviews.
The review link I used is https://www.zillow.com/reviews/write/?s=X1-ZU11a7pczgf30nd_2nint.
I choose Yes for “Turn on Zillow Reviews”.
When clicking Save Settings and Download, the site gets a critical error.
