• Hi there,

    I am currently working on a site and trying to integrate CardConnect with WooCommerce. I have all the information entered in the settings based on what the account manager gave us, but am receiving the following error when attempting to checkout in sandbox mode.

    Payment error: A critical server error prevented this transaction from completing. Please confirm your information and try again.

    What could be causing the error?

  • In most cases, the error is caused if the username or password in your settings are entered incorrectly. I would suggest you give CardConnect support a call and confirm you have the correct values.

    I am having this same problem.. All my info is correct. Checked w/card connect..
