Critical error when browsing main settings

    Hi,

    Today i tried Cerber and i love the feature.

    However when i import the configuration on my latestcollections.com (setting from my other websites) and when i click the main setting it returns this critical error >> https://prnt.sc/sojpvz

    I tried to import the setting to my other website and all works fine and i could also browse the main settings, but i don’t know why on my latestcollections.com site it has the issue.

    Hi,

    I checked on the error message and it is related to woocommerce color swatch, i had deactivated the color swatch and it is working now.

    another thing that i wonder is why there is still an error message of a critical error message in login form if i login from my windows VPS ? https://prnt.sc/soqprs

    Login URL is already correct and the VPS Ip address also on the whitelist.

    I could log in on my desktop but not on my VPS, how to solve this issue so that i could log in on my VPS too? Thanks

    Check the Activity log. Check it for requests that come from your IP address. This is your go-to tool in a situation like that.
