When I click add to cart on any product in my store, a “critical error” occurs with the following line:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function woocs_exchange_value() on bool in /var/www/vhosts/(my website url)/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/flexible-shipping/classes/table-rate/multicurrency.php:112

This happened randomly about 10 days ago when I was testing my site. None of the plugins required any updates at the time, and 10 days later today I have updated all plugins and am still getting this error.

I do have the WOOCS Currency Switcher plugin installed, and when I deactivate it the add to cart function works normally. No settings were changed. I had thought that both Flexible Shipping and WOOCS plugins were compatible, and it was, up until 10 days ago.

Is this a new compatibility issue or? How do I fix this?

I tried to recreate this issue, but I didn’t notice any problem.

We’ll need more information to verification, please send us the screenshot of:
– WOOCS Currency Switcher settings,
– Flexible Shipping method settings for which the problem occurs,
– product’s data.

This information will help us to solve the issue faster.

Unfortunately, I am still not able to recreate this issue. Please send me the screenshot of the WOOCS plugin’s settings: Currencies tab and the first fields of the Options tab.
