Critical Error – Uploading Extra Images for Cars List

Hi, I am very new to this and I am trying to upload extra images for a car. However, every time I do so, the site encounters a critical error and I am unable to upload anything.

I came across some missing GD library and I tried installing WebP Express Plugin. In that plugin, it seems that the GD extension is enabled so I am unsure of what might be causing this fatal error nor how to fix it.

I got the following error in my email and could not understand how to rectify the error. Any assistance is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!
