Critical error switching to new user role

Good day! I hope you’re doing great.
I would appreciate your help. I have encountered a to our client site for critical error. We’re unable to switch new user roles for vendors. Both and all plugins are updated.
After I deactivated the PayPal for Woocommerce plugin, the User Switching plugin worked properly.
I already reach out PayPal for Woocommerce developer team to informed this issue.
