I understand that you are encountering a critical error on the backend of your site when activating WooCommerce, is this correct?

Was WooCommerce previously active on your site without any issues, or is this the first time WooCommerce is being installed on the site?

If the former, do you recall any changes/updates made to the site or server before this issue surfaced?

To clarify, this occurs when activating WooCommerce while all plugins are deactivated and your theme is switched to a default one, such as Storefront, correct?

If so, can you check if there are any server-side errors and share these with us here?

Also, can you navigate to Tools → Site Health → Info and click Copy site info to clipboard, and share the results with us here so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment.
