• I had Avada v5.1.6 on my clients site. WordPress offered an upgrade to v7 which I did. At that point I had a critical error. Ultimately, I restored by site from backup. Avada v5.1.6 still has a critical error. I have reverted to 2022 theme but the site is a mess.

    I have made every effort to get in touch with ThemeFusion on their website but don’t have the purchase code and can, thus, not get any message through to support. Messages to pre-sales also fail for some reason.

    I am at an absolute loss as to how I am going to fix this critical issue.
