critical error on web

  • Hi, I am currently using the plugin, it is very good and efficient. But today it was causing me a critical error on the website, a error 500 to be precise. I had to deactivate the plugin for the page to be functional again, is there any way you could give me a hand to solve this problem? since I would like to continue using this plugin.
