“There has been a critical error on this website.”

This plugin has worked well for a long time up until now. I am getting the error only on the page where I am embedding a PDF (the rest of the website works correctly). Disabling the plugin removes the error, but only displays the following shortcode:

    [tnc-pdf-viewer-iframe file=”https://www.solutionstart.info/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Tech-Times-2024-Q1.pdf” width=”100%” height=”800″ pagemode=”none” default_zoom=”auto” default_scroll=”0″ default_spread=”0″ language=”en-US” download=”1″ print=”1″ fullscreen=”0″ zoom=”1″ open=”0″ pagenav=”0″ find=”0″ current_view=”1″ share=”0″ toggle_left=”0″ toggle_menu=”0″ rotate=”0″ logo=”0″ handtool=”0″ scroll=”1″ doc_prop=”0″ spread=”0″]

I was able to resolve the issue on my own. I was reading through other support posts here on www.remarpro.com, and one of your responses to someone was to go to the plugin settings, navigate to “global settings”, and click “save”. This fixed the issue. Just posting here as this might help others who come across similar issues with your plugin.

    Hi Kosta,

Great to know that you got it resolved. Just FYI, The issue with our support portal was because of expired support I guess. You can always renew support from codecanyon if needed.

    Thank You
