Critical error on the customize.php page

Hello! I imported these theme by coping files to wp-content/themes directory (also restored database with the phphMyAdmin export function)

It shows the site correctly, expect it differs in colors and pictures. And when I open the “Customize” page, I get a critical error. With define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); in wp-config.php I can see the stack trace in wp-content/debug.log

I tried to install the plugin Classic Widgets which restores the old widgets. But it also does not help =(

What is the possible solution? I cannot downgrade PHP to 7.4 (the minumum php version that I can use is 8.1)
