WP version 6.2.2, Elementor 3.13.4 , OceanWP Theme 3.4.5 + OceanWP-Extra Plugin 2.1.7

Same probleme here with multisite WP.
I have to make several connection attempts to connect to the sites. Deactivating the plugin solves the problem.
WP version 6.1.3, Elementor Version 3.10.1, Master addons Version 2.0.2
