  • My only suggestion is to check that all the files are in the right folders on your web server.

is /amazon-s3-and-cloudfront-pro/traits/settings-trait.php where it should be?

It is there where it should be. I re-uploaded the files after downloading and it is there, Now it is showing:

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 7 of the file /home/u662410448/domains/cadala.in/public_html/wp-content/plugins/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront/classes/as3cf-plugin-base.php. Error message: Trait 'DeliciousBrains\WP_Offload_Media\Settings_Trait' not found

I switched PHP settings from 7.3 to 8.1 still the same.
I have the plugin installed on other websites and they all have no problem.

    Hi Nathaniel,

First, we recommend running WP Offload Media on PHP version 8.0.

Judging from your error messages, it looks like one or more files may be missing from your installation. You also mention “re-uploading” the files which lead me to believe that you are placing the files on the webserver manually. Correct?

If possible, can you please try to use the WordPress plugin installer? That is usually the safest method.

If that’s not possible. Please double-check that all files have been uploaded and have the correct file permissions before activating the plugin again.

I was using 8.0 when the big error came, I switched to 8.1 and the small error came. I tried re-uploading the plugin files using the installer and it gives same error.

The problem is not yet solved. Please help.

@nathaniel7sg I think you should probably contact your hosting provider for support as there seems to be something weird going on with installing plugins in your site that hopefully they can help you debug.
