• Hello one and all!

    Error
Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/thevrhbt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/supreme-modules-pro-for-divi/includes/license/class.updater.php on line 96
I am being told that a file is missing …… But I don’t understand what that means.

I have been using 2 plug-ins successfully for about 2 years
FREE – Easy Forms for Mailchimp Version 6.8.6
PAID LICENSE Easy Forms for Mailchimp Form Customizer Extension by YIKES version 1.3.4

Last Thursday my website crashed for some reason.
These 2 plug-ins are the problem according to my host. They are currently deactivated, and if I reactivate them, the site crashes again.
I logged a premium support ticket with Yikes Plugins last Thursday, and have a support ticket number, but I am getting zero response from them.
    Does anyone have any idea?
Not great when I don’t have a single active signup method. I am not experienced at all with this stuff.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Which of those plugins make your site crash? Are both plugins compatible with your version of WordPress??

    My hosting sent me this:
The following error was found: [10-Nov-2022 11:58:04 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/thevrhbt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender/includes/error_log/class-yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp- error-logging.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /home/thevrhbt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yikes-inc-easy- mailchimp-extender/public/class-yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender-public.php on line 121

Does that mean it is the PAID FOR plug-in?

    Hope that makes sense

Frankly I think there is something really wrong at YIKES. No contact possible at all it seems. I think my best plan is to dump their plug-ins given that I am getting ZERO support.
