• When I try to access our products list in wordpress, I am now getting a message saying “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I have not received any emails.

    What do I need to do?

  • Temporaily switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. Your site should work now? Reactivate one by one and check to be able to identify the software element which is causing the problem.

    Admin links don’t work for non-admins, but I don’t think that’s preventing help on this occasion.
