Critical error message in settings

In general settings > “Admin approval” feature, I have an error message printed there in the settings: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I am using the “hello-elementor” theme and tried deactivating all of my plugins, but the error persisted.
