    Hi @side99,

    Happy to help you!

Since you are facing this issue with GiveWP core only, without add-ons, it makes me think that there is some incompatibility between your other plugins or theme.

In this case, I suggest you follow our troubleshooting tutorials using Health Check. It allows you to isolate plugins and change themes for administrator, while the frontend still runs the live version of the website. You can see the documentation here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website-like-a-wordpress-support-engineer/

Let us know what you find when you try our tutorials, and it will be easier for us to identify the root cause of the issue.

Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

    Thanks Matheus,

I installed healthcheck. All plugins were then disabled in troubleshooting mode. I enabled the GIVE plugin and tried to publish on the two templates and got an critical error message once more. Again, no email was sent to my admin address.

    Hi @side99,

Since you have all the plugins disabled and only GiveWP active, it makes me think that the plugin may be corrupted (it may happen during the installation, for example). In this case, I suggest you uninstall the plugin and install it again.

Try to install the plugin on a fresh install too on your server, so you can see if the server may be interfering with the plugin too.

    Let us know your findings.

Your success with online donations is our number one priority. Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!
