Hello, I am currently having problems with my website. It is currently showing a white screen and a message stating “there are critical errors on this webpage” I have contacted my web host and they informed me that the errors are from the Elementor pulgun. I recently updated the plugin, but I changed it back to the old version hoping it would work however it didn’t. I changed the “WP-DEBUG” from false to true, and I recieved the following error message.

  • Hello, I also got this fatal error on two of my client’s sites yesterday after updating to the latest version of Elementor. We had to roll back to the previous version of Elementor to get the sites back online.

    Please publish a fix ASAP.

    Hi,
Thanks for the advice. I just tried to roll back to a few previous versions but neither of them worked. I am still receiving the fatal error message..

    Hi,

To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:

If you’re locked out of your WordPress dashboard, open the recovery email sent to you from WordPress. Click the link in that email to gain access to your site’s WordPress dashboard once again.

Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If this doesn’t work, switch your theme temporarily to Twenty Nineteen and see if that helps.

If this doesn’t work, make sure you are using the updated versions of Elementor.

If this doesn’t work, make sure your WordPress site meets the basic requirements recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. If needed, you can ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you.

To fix the problem, you must change class name because the old name is not used anymore on elementor.

I have wait one month for a resolution of elementor team but it will never help me really.

I have find this solution and its works well => https://cutt.ly/mGzzIoz
