Critical error in WP 5.6.10

    Hi,

    I am trying to migrate and update an old website, that is still on WP 5.6.10
    Before I will update anything, I would like to make a backup.
    I installed Updraft Plus on the migrated website, but accessing it gives me critical errors.
    What can I do to get around this?

    Can you ask your hosts for your php error logs so we can see what is generating the critical error?

    In debug mode I get when clicking on the Settings to get to the Updraft Settings:

    My guess, seeing this error, is that it is a theme thing, when I change from Canvas to a default WP theme, everything is working.
    Need to change the theme, I guess. ??

    Hi Robert,

    Looking at the log it shows that the issue is coming from your Canvas theme. I would suggest checking if there are any updates or show it to them and they might be able to help resolve the problem.
