Critical Error in checkout page

Hello,
When going simply to checkout page, when a product is in the cart
https://dev.wellalimentare.it/pagamento/
I get critical error for exhausting resources. I have 768M set, should more than enough. I tried to add more than 1 GB, but it did not solve. I keeps asking to allocate more and more.
I tried also to disable all plugins, except woocommerce and Elementor + Elementor PRO. It keeps occurring.
if there are no products in the cart I get redirected automatically to cart.
Other thing important is that the same issue occurs in the live site https://wellalimentare.it/pagamento/, in which there is not use of Elementor, in case you think it may be a conflict with it. The add to cart button is hidden via css, but with some tricks s a product can be added to cart to see the behavior.
