• I cannot view or log into my WordPress site because I keep receiving the white screen message: “There has been a critical error on this website.” I believe I probably have an issue with a theme or plugin, but I can’t remove them since I cannot log in to the admin console.

I have tried connecting to the site using FTP, but I keep getting a connection timed-out error. I don’t have any firewalls or proxies on. I flushed my local DNS cache. I cleared my browser cache. I changed the maximum execution time for the FTP. MY FTP is on passive mode. Send FTP keep-alive commands are on. I tried restarting my router.

I am all out of ideas from internet googling. Does anyone have any additional trouble shootings ideas to try? (I am only semi-literate in tech). HELP!

    Thanks in advance!
