Critical Error. Deposit OK. Customer Payment Page not allowing final payment.

    Hi

    Have repeating problem for many months. Order and deposits are taken well. But when the customer returns to pay balance, their page shows a critical error message within the payment section and unable to make a payment. Any advice please?

    Hello,

    I hope you are doing well. May I ask if you use third-party payment gateway plugins to process payments? Also, would it be possible for you to share the debug.log file or email copy that you received in your admin email with the error data? This information would be helpful for us to identify and debug any issues related to payment processing.
