Critical Error causing website to crash!

Website keeps going down, making it inaccessible until my hosts pushes a manual restart of the server. Each time it’s showing a resources were maxed out, with a critical error taking place for WooCommerce request shown here:

My host has temporarily added some php limits to help mitigate the processes but the main issues still needs to be reviewed. Any help would be hugely appreciated, as we’ve had to temporarily close the website for the meantime!

I understand that your host has had to make a temporary arrangement to manage the issue but the problem of the resources maxing out persists.

It would be very helpful to identify the cause if we can see your site’s System Status report. Could you please share a copy? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
In addition, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words

Yes My hosting provider has had to add some PHP limits to help mitigate the processes for the time being, as my website is inaccessible & unusable without doing so. The issue was there before the PHP time limit was added.

The problems seem to be originating from the following plugins and probably the theme as well:
Flexible Shipping: by Octolize – 4.14.1 Neve Pro Addon: by ThemeIsle – 2.3.6Please disable these, and check if the issue persists. If it does, then please switch your theme to Storefront, and check again.
