    Hi,

I have been using NP Quote request for a few weeks with no issues but today it was identified by WordPress as having caused a critical error on my website –

“WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, NP Quote Request WooCommerce.”

I have had to deactivate the plugin completely as the back end seems to be where the problem was most evident. I could not access my home page in the WordPress back end but the front end seemed ok. The site was automatically upgraded to the latest version of WordPress on the 9th.

I assume there is an issue. Could you please investigate?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello – I’m experiencing the same exact issue. Critical error on the back end, but front end appears to be stable. Any updates on this?

OK. Can you share the actual error. Error above was actually on the front end. That doesn’t seem to be the same error. Do you have the actual error message? You can use this?post?on how to enable debug
