When I attempt to save a pop up, I can’t seem to save ANY design.

Here’s the error message I get:

Errors! DOMDocument::loadHTML(): ID input-el-K0ZiaomPgu already defined in Entity, line: 99

    In another one:
Errors! DOMDocument::loadHTML(): ID input-el-ydSlGTwC10 already defined in Entity, line: 126

I like your designs, but they don’t work.
Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi @aydinyumusak

The issue was related to a bug with our directory theme.
I have manually fixed that on your pop-up.

You should be able to save it correctly.

Let me know if that works for you as well ??
    Thank you!

Thank you for quick reply, however I still get an error. Now the problem seems to be in line 72.

Errors! DOMDocument::loadHTML(): ID input-el-K0ZiaomPgu already defined in Entity, line: 72

    Hi @aydinyumusak

Didn’t know that it happens to other pop-ups as well, firstly I fixed it only for the one you mentioned in the topic https://mypopups.com/themes/message-in-the-bottle-623-44265/tailor-it.

Did the same for the rest, in most of the cases you can fix it by yourself.
You will need to remove duplicated form which shouldn’t (but it is) located in the follow up screen.

Oh yes! Now that I removed that other form, which I didn’t add, the problem is resolved. Thanks for your help.
