• I got a message saying “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    But I went to my bluehost admin email inbox and there is nothing there.

    I can’t even get into my site to go to settings or anything like that which Ihave seen recommended on other threads.

    HELP!!

    what was the most recent change or update done?
    there could be a problem with your theme or plugins.
    do you have a recent backup copy of your website (database + files)?
    can you find the file manager area in your bluehost account?

    if you can locate the WP-Content folder in your file manager and temporarily rename the plugins folder (i.e. rename to plugins-off) it will deactivate all plugins. this might be helpful to allow you to login to your WordPress Dashboard for further troubleshooting.
