I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the latest versions of WooCommerce. I tried the mentioned steps to see if I could replicate the issue, but all seems to be working correctly from my end:

Looking at the shared error log, it seems to be related to a function call to ‘get_column_count()’ on a null object in the WooCommerce Packages.php file.

While I’m not certain what could lead to that error, I recommend you try the following:

1. Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if the error persists. If it stops, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
2. If the error continues after deactivating all other plugins, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront to see if your theme is causing the issue.

Try this and let us know how this goes.

I have deactivated all other plugins except WooCommerce and changed theme to Storefront but the issue is still there. I can replicate the issue on various other WooCommerce sites.

Looking at the system status report, I’m able to notice that your WooCommerce version is outdated as the current version is at 9.4.2. Please update WooCommerce to the latest version and test again to see if this issue persists.

This issue is not present in version 9.3.3. All later versions cause this issue.
