critical error because of plugin

  • There was a fatal error that crashed my website. I’m hoping someone can give me some advice.

    The problem seems to be a plugin: Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite.

    I get this message:

    “This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 12 of the file /home/u833218598/domains/idesparmentier.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/header-footer-elementor/inc/lib/nps-survey/classes/nps-survey-script.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Nps_Survey, because the name is already in use”

    What can I do?

    I’m using Hostinger and old the webhosting panel next to my website name the “Wordpress Admin” button says “Invalid WordPress Installation” when you hover over it.
