critical Error and white screen on profile page

    Hi there. I got errors all of a sudden from youzify when I activated it. I was using it but now I have an error. I’m using wpcstore theme. I changed the theme and deactivated all plugins but still, the error exists. now youzify is inactive.
    such a good plugin why should give this error?
    please help me solve it.
    the problem only exists for the profile page and the other pages are ok.
    and in the profile page, WordPress toolbar does not work

    Please follow these steps to identify the issue:

    – Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    – Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    – If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    – Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
    – On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

    Hi. thanks for your quick response. I changed the theme and again reactivated my previous theme and the problem solved. it’s working now.
    in debug mode I had this error on page:
    “”Fatal error: Cannot declare class Youzify_Profile_Login_Button_Widget, because the name is already in use in /home/albertma/domains/albertmart.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/youzify/includes/public/core/widgets/youzify-widgets/class-youzify-login.php on line 3″”
    it seems I had the error from widgets

    Please try disable the debug mode and check if the widget works fine or not. If it works fine, you can ignore that message and keep the debug mode disabled.
