Critical error and nowhere to but my license number

  • Hi- I downloaded the latest version Version of VFBPro Version 3.0.8 using my WP admin – installed it – but when I try to create a form it gives a “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
    I notice there is no place to add my licence number like I usually have to – any ideas?
