    Hello,
I just broke my site after trying to install the latest update of woocommerce 6.5.1!!
Have 6.5.0 working fine until i tried to install the update.
Have a white page with a message of Critical error as you can see here:
    https://ibb.co/JzPjqjS

Thank you for crashing my site !
Any ideas how I can recover / go back to the woocommerce 6.5.0 manually??

Do you do any tests prior to loading whatever update to the world??

    Hi @tarik21 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

We understand that this may be frustrating and would like to help you resolve this.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Please see the below documentation for a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let us know how this goes!

    Thank you for your feedback,
    Don’t have access to backend.
Disabled all the plugins manually but to no result
Restored woocommerce to former version => No result!
Restored all wordpress foler => No result
Going to a full site restore and nothing is guaranteed!!!

Hate you for your work with this woocommerce 6.5.1 update!

    Hi @tarik21 ,

If the site you are having issues with is habiboto.com, please note that I am able to access the website without any troubles, screenshot below:

Furthermore, when your site hit the fatal error, you would have received an automated email from WordPress allowing you to log back into your site. Please could you have a look in your email and see if you have received this?

Once you are able to log back into your site, please provide us with the fatal error log which can be found via WooCommerce > Status > Logs, as well as your System Status; which can be found via?WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

    Thanks!

    Thank you Roxanne,
I had to do a full recovery and yes it’s online now, but many details still have to be fixed.

    Hello,

For us to take a closer look you can provide the System status and error log, as mentioned earllier.

We’ll look forward to hearing from you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while (I think you have been able to find a solution), so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Thank you.
